Refund & Cancellation Terms
At Hatha Yoga School, we are dedicated to offering an authentic and transformative learning experience. We recognize that life happens and travel or study plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before completing your registration.
1. Course Registration & Booking Deposit
Deposit Requirement: To lock in your spot for any of our Yoga Teacher Training Courses (100, 200, 300, or 500-Hour programs), a non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
Purpose: This deposit guarantees your seat in your chosen batch and covers essential administrative and preparation costs.
2. Cancellation & Course Transfers (Student-Initiated)
Non-Refundable Deposit: All registration deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Transfer Option: If you cannot attend your original batch, you can carry your deposit forward to any course scheduled within the next 12 months (subject to seat availability).
Written Request: All transfer requests must be sent in writing via email prior to the course start date.
After Course Begins: Once your training has started, no refunds are issued. If you choose to leave the program early for any reason, all fees are forfeited.
3. No-Show Terms
If you do not arrive on the scheduled start date and fail to notify us in advance, your registration will be marked as a no-show. All fees paid will be forfeited and remain non-refundable.
4. Cancellations by Hatha Yoga School
In the rare event that Hatha Yoga School must cancel or postpone a program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered your choice of:
- A full transfer to any future course batch.
- A refund of all payments made over and above the initial booking deposit.
Please note: Hatha Yoga School is not responsible for external travel costs, including flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, or third-party accommodation.
5. Visa Delays & Refusals
Securing the correct visa to study in India is the sole responsibility of the student. Visa delays or rejections do not qualify for a monetary refund; however, we will happily assist you in rolling your enrollment forward to a future date.
6. Force Majeure
Hatha Yoga School is not liable for program delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control—including natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or sudden travel disruptions.
